Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Cluck Away: Chicken Escape (the "Game") provided by Cluck Away Games. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game on devices you own or control, for entertainment purposes only.
2. Virtual items
Coins, boosters, and skins are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may be adjusted for balance in updates. Purchases are processed by the app store from which you downloaded the Game and are subject to its refund policies.
3. Fair play
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or use tools that alter the Game or its economy, and not to exploit bugs. We may suspend features affected by abuse.
4. Advertising
The Game is ad-supported. Optional rewarded ads exchange your viewing time for in-game benefits. The "Remove Ads" purchase disables interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain available because they are always optional and player-initiated.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, including its characters, art, audio, code, and the "Cluck Away" name and logo, is owned by Cluck Away Games and protected by law. You may capture and share gameplay content (videos, screenshots) including monetized creator content — we encourage it!
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the Game and these Terms; continued play after an update constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the Game with reasonable notice. Because progress is stored on your device, uninstalled or discontinued versions cannot be restored by us.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law applies, without prejudice to those protections.
