Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Cluck Away Games ("we", "us") handles information when you play Cluck Away: Chicken Escape (the "Game") on Android or iOS.

1. Data we do not collect

The Game does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or any content you create. Your game progress (levels, coins, skins, settings) is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers.

2. Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may process device information such as your advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and device characteristics to provide and measure ads. Depending on your consent choice, ads are personalized or non-personalized.

• In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through the Google-certified consent flow (UMP) before any ad request is made. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Options.
• You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing (or Apple's App Store on iOS). We never see or store your payment details. Purchase entitlements (for example "Remove Ads") are recorded locally on your device and can be restored through the store's restore mechanism.

4. Analytics

The current version of the Game does not include third-party analytics SDKs. If analytics are added in a future update, this policy and the store listing's Data Safety section will be updated before release.

5. Children

The Game is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We configure advertising to request only general-audience ad content (maximum ad content rating "G"). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; the Game itself collects none from anyone.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because your progress lives only on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. Ad-related data held by Google is governed by Google's retention policies linked above.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing of personal data processed by our advertising partner. Use the in-game Ad Privacy Options, Google's My Ad Center, or contact us for help.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game's release notes.
