My purchase didn't arrive

Open Shop → Restore purchases. If the item still doesn't appear, wait a minute and restart the app — Play Billing sometimes delivers with a short delay. Still stuck? Email us with your order number from Google Play.

I lost my progress

Progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes progress; we cannot restore it from a server. Cloud save is on the roadmap.

A level looks impossible

Every level is generated with a guaranteed solution and verified by a solver. Look for chickens whose full path is clear — including the fat hens that need two taps and sleepers that wake when a neighbour escapes. The Hint booster always points at a chicken that can escape right now.

How do I manage ad privacy?

Open Settings → Ad Privacy Options in the game (shown where required by your region), or adjust your advertising ID in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Describe what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots or screen recordings help enormously. Include the level number — levels are deterministic, so we can replay exactly what you saw.
